When you are placing an order from the site, you are placing an order for the product and set price displayed. We reserve the right to accept or reject any orders placed. If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order, please contact us at southerngentlemanar@gmail.com WITHIN 3 days of receiving the order. After 3 days the item will no longer qualify for a return or exchange. Please include the order number along with a picture of the damaged item in your email to us.Β We ship items via USPS, UPS, and FEDEX.Β Β Once the item leaves our store, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit.Β We can provide the tracking details for you to file a claim with the shipping provider for your lost or stolen package, and suggest you file a claim at your local USPS, UPS, FEDEX facility.
